The Underestimated Key To Your Progress

Hi lady,

We're so used to berating ourselves, aren't we?

But that's not how positive growth actually happens. While it can be easy to think being our own slave driver helps us make moves, what actually helps us advance?

Feeling good.

Change happens when we feel good about ourselves.

When we celebrate and appreciate ourselves, we are giving a signal to our nervous systems that we are building momentum, and we'll be more likely to take risks in the future. When we berate ourselves, we are draining our systems and becoming more risk-averse over time.

Instead of regretting the mistakes or any lack of action you DIDN'T take, celebrate the risks and action you DID take.

Whether you made a lot of progress, or felt like you didn't make enough, take a moment to celebrate as this will help you build creative confidence.

  • What risks or risky moments can you celebrate in your journey so far?

  • What's a step (or many!) forward you've made that you would like to acknowledge?

  • What's a mindset shift or breakthrough you've had that you'd like to appreciate?

Reply and let me know!

xx
