We’re looking to hire you, a brilliant part-time digital marketing manager (starting at 12 hours/week with opportunities to grow), to help us empower women all over the world. We’re an online women’s leadership company that inspires female professionals to design and share their creative dreams.

We’re a brand that reaches thousands of women monthly and are continuing to grow rapidly through our articles, online programs, and books. In this role, you’ll be managing our deep and practical content across all platforms (with a strong focus on email and Instagram) to support women in overcoming blocks and resistance and sharing their gifts with the world.



About you

  • Experienced in online content strategy, planning, and marketing (familiar with CMS editors like Squarespace/Wordpress, as well as email marketing and social media platforms)

  • Experienced in leading a content calendar and publishing consistently across multiple platforms (podcast vs. social) in different formats (audio vs. written) as needed

  • Excellent in copywriting that is both brand aligned and gets results

  • Experienced in managing and delegating to virtual assistants for the creation and scheduling of assets

  • Obsessed with measuring results of web traffic, leads, sales, etc. / performance against pre-defined OKR’s

  • Comfortable in dabbling in design (e.g., Canva) and photography curation as needed 

  • Research oriented and data driven 

  • Meticulous with details 

  • Confident, resourceful and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Fantastic at executing with speed and decisiveness and understanding how to manage priorities

  • Focused on proactively suggesting solutions and offering innovative ideas that create raving fans

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Adaptable and ambitious

The Role

The primary goal of the position is to increase revenue significantly through lead generation to our signature online leadership program. A secondary goal is to help grow, build, and nurture our online audience

  • Working with CEO to develop and own the strategy and execution of all content marketing, aligning the product and content calendars and phasing in the launch of any new campaigns, features and products

  • Leverage customer data, OKR’s and analytics to create clear strategies to increase brand awareness and boost conversions/revenue

  • Continuously set and hit conversion goals for current and if applicable, new online programs and products

  • Track, measure, and summarize analytics for bi-weekly meetings

Note: This is a contractor role

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field

  • 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar independent/freelancer role

  • Excellent ability to curate, repurpose, and improve existing written content with the ability to generate new brand-aligned content (from existing assets) as needed

  • Experience in managing and delegating to virtual assistants for the creation and scheduling of assets

  • Experience with Instagram/social media management and email marketing

  • Skills in Canva, Dropbox, Excel and other cloud-based creative/ intelligence tools

  • Basic understanding of brand, design and photography that would appeal to our creative, female audience and align with our brand

  • Skills and Experience with Facebook Pixel, Ads Management, Google Analytics etc.
